Her leadership and dedication during the process of clinical service development speaks volumes to her drive and passion for the field of pharmacy. She also embodies the characteristics of a lifelong learner. A trait of Meagan that inspires me most is her ability to drive for change. Meagan took a rather dated pharmacy services model and revamped it to a level comparable with much larger hospitals. Implemented changes include: clinical rounding with multi disciplinary teams, regular pharmacist-based interventions, follow-ups and consultations as well as helping oversee retail and ambulatory pharmacy services. On a personal level, I admire Meagan’s ability to give her all to both her career and her family. As a young Mom, that resonates with me.
