  While working at Panera Bread, I cross trained in many positions. I worked my way up to the Associate Trainer/Team Leader position. In my position, I trained new employees to perform the roles they were assigned and ensured their success during their employment. During my time at Panera Bread I gained skills in customer service, time management, leadership, and adaptability. I also learned the importance of team work, while also relying on interdependence.
