Using the platform, partnered health services are able to book and support patients attending appointments, which are held via video-conferencing, reducing the burden of needing to travel to access medical appointments. I provide administration and tech support for the Flying Doctor Telehealth service in Victoria including providing support via video, phone and email to assist with troubleshooting.
