Meagan and I haven't worked in the same company but in companies that lived side by side, divided by a narrow corridor and we discovered a friendship in between those walls. Even without working together it's possible to learn much about a person's work patterns, behaviours and ethics by observing them, day by day. I discovered that Meagan is determined, positive, always does her best for everything she is engaged with. "Doing what it takes" comes to mind. She is positive, respectful and wise. She is also a strong female model, a mentor of youngsters, a loving and kind coach to anyone she takes under her wing. Her artistic talent is a beacon, I've seen her on stage and the image keeps strong. Her voice, her eyes, her light. When we catch up we don't do "small talk", for us, there is only "big talk", and I always come out more enlightened then when we started. Her comprehension of the challenges of the First People's of our land and our artists' surpasses many's. Meagan takes ownership and responsibility for her work and always delivers quality and joy.
