Mike and I worked together at Globacore, where he handled all the web backend that helped power our experiences. Mike taught me pretty much everything I know about database and CMS systems, RESTful architecture, socket connections, etc. Being a game designer at the time, these were skills I had never learned, and never thought I needed, until working with Mike. Now, with our company offering more and more integration with cloud-based systems to track leaderboards, custom content, metrics, etc., I can look back and confidently say that Mike laid the groundwork that got us to this point. Mike's attitude was always appreciated around the office. He was always personable, friendly, well spoken, patient, incredibly flexible in the scope and timelines required for his part in the project, and on a personal level, really fun to be around. He has a real knack for developing and building complex systems, as well as for walking people through them in a way that everyone from project managers to game developers fully understand. In his time at Globacore, he consistently worked to improve, writing more modular code or architecting more flexible systems to reduce time and save the company money in the long term. Mike was a fantastic coworker, and a great guy, and I would love to have the chance to work together again someday.

Mike and I worked together at Arcane. He brought a lot of experience to our development team and I enjoyed working with him. We benefitted from his technical expertise for best practices. He was a calm and patient mentor for those he managed and worked with on projects. Mike would be an asset to any team and I would love to work with him again.
