I have had the pleasure of working with Tanvir in a Transunion project. He was the first member of the team and knew everything in and out, he was always my go to man when it comes to anything, he is a full stack developer, but I found in him a QA, a good planner, and an overall a great resource. His attitude set him apart, there was never a negative answer, even if it was a no it would always sound so constructive and positive, and always had a quick workaround, or a plan b. I would definitely recommend him to all the opportunities that he tries, you don't find resources like him easily. Kudos and all the best.
