   Oversees Architect consultant design in order to meet the interest of Company.  Representing Architect at Project site.  Issuing site memo / NCR for ensuring the contractor is complying the Contract and meets the requirements of Project.  Coordinating the required RFI in ensuring the smooth execution of works on site are meeting the scheduled work program.  Liaise with all related consultant such as C&S, M&E, QS, Hotelier and Mall tenant.  Liaise with Company’s client such as TUNE Hotel, Regus, Ascott - Citadines Hotel and Shopping mall’s tenant such as TGV cinemas, U Bowl, Celebrity Fitness, Charles and Keith, The loaf, Adidas and others, regarding the requirements to comply, to incorporate into design within the allocated budget and design concept.  Liaise with all shopping mall tenant for related ID/fir-out.  Coordinate and monitor the site progress in order to ensure the works carried out as per interest of architecture approved design.  To report all related architecture matters to Project Directors for both design development and construction progress.
