Department: Knowledge and Evolution (K&E)Purpose of the Job: • To develop the technical and human skills of the employees of Auto Crop Care Ltd. through designing, developing, organizing, conducting & evaluating appropriate training.• Assist Marketing Department with Strategically Planning and Field Implementing thus to achieve quality & productivity objectives.Job customers : Divisional / Departmental Heads , Reporting Superior, Agribusinesses related Sales & Marketing Staff.Principal Accountability:• Conducting Foundation and Fundamental Training sessions for the newly recruited people.• Planning training sessions for the employees of Auto Crop Care Ltd.• Prepare and up gradations of Agriculture related contents, like Agronomy of major crops, Complete Auto Crop Care Ltd. Crop Solution for major crops, ACCL Portfolio List etc.• Prepare and edit other training-related content for in-house courses (Foundation Training, Safe Use of Pesticides, Selling Skills Course, Group Communication Workshop, Sells Coaching Workshop, Marketing Course for Field Forces, Presentation Skills).• Conducting training time to time for all the field forces for providing technical information and proper positioning of the products.• Arrange and monitor all training materials during conducting every training session.• Work on design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization.• Monitoring the Marketing Strategy Implementation at field level for proper and result-oriented marketing activities.• Work in a team to manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.• Oversee the activities and performance of TSO (Technical Support Officer), Market Development Officer (MDO) and Task Force (TF)• Doing any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management.
