      We are strong leaders. COVID-19 or, when the novel Coronavirus started to take hold in Bangladesh, at that very moment, a group of engineers, some professionals, and a bunch of enterprising people from different sectors were formed to come forward with technical assistance in the country's crisis. We have a passion for work, a desire to know new things, an unquenchable desire to contribute to the motherland, for the people of the country. Everyone has come here out of social responsibility. Our purpose is just to design and build a ventilator, but this is just our first project. We think is far-reaching, not just corona-centric. We aim to come forward with technical assistance and timely solutions to all the problems of the country. Where the whole world has moved forward with the help of engineering and science for centuries, we are still following the traditional approach, lagging far behind. This is the purpose of Durbar Kandari, to use engineering knowledge in human service, national service, to come forward to solve any crisis. Although most of our members are students of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, we are reluctant to call Durbar Kandari an exclusive association of RUET. We dream that one day the whole of Bangladesh will be full of Durbar Kandari. Our activities are completely voluntary. Our success will be to be able to jump into any crisis of the country.       Expertise Enhancement is another significant activity of the venture to upgrade the abilities of the representatives and graduates for making a promptly employable labor force to be caught up in the Information Technology (IT) or IT Enabled Services (ITES) area to build business and independent work chances of youthful Bangladeshis. Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority is supporting human asset advancement through the Skills Enhancement Training Program for better employability. [This 1.5 months training program was conducted by "Divine IT Limited" and supported by "Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority".] Main objective of the program: 1. Target of the program is to train up 3000 IT personnel. 2. Create a readily employable workforce to be absorbed in the IT/ITES sector by the Industry; 3. Increase self-employment opportunities for the youth of Bangladesh in the IT/IT Enabled Services sectors; 4. Upgrade skills of employees working in the IT/ITES Industry enabling its growth with better-qualified human resources; 5. Provide globally recognized vendor specific certification and training programs covering IT/ITES industry needs; 6.
