Responsibilities: I am responsible for A to Z InHouse Management such as,Working with the design section, Engraving section, Sample section, Batch Section and Production section.Developing samples according to buyer requirements.Production planning according to the machine with the team, Print type and fabric specification.Setting suitable finishing parameters for getting the best quality.Coordinate and Cross-Functional Activities of every section in the AOP department.Working closely with merchandisers team, Garments team, Dyeing & Finishing team.Solving different types of technical & related problems.Working with ERP, Booking file and Inhouse management file.Achievements:Successfully established “5S” & Kaizen” methodology, especially in the Design section, Engraving section and sample section as well as working with others.Achieved < 1% error in sample & Production since last 1.5 year.Monthly production efficiency increased 15% because of smooth working flow.Re-Process & Cost minimized around 20% than before with the team.Saving monthly about 300000 takas only for protecting faults and unnecessary work as well as high efficiency. Research Project

Our project is “Survey on different modern printing methods and their prospect in Bangladesh”. It is a survey-type project. For this purpose, we have surveyed 12 factories named Knit Concern Group, Devine Group, Masco Industries Ltd, Metro Knitting & Dyeing Mills Ltd, Fakir Apparels Ltd, Barnali Textile & Printing Industries (pvt.) Ltd, Hams Washing & Dyeing Ltd, GMS Knit Composite Industries, Comfit Knit Composite Ltd, Thermax Group Ltd, N.A.Z. Bangladesh Ltd. And Interstoff Ltd. In each factory, we have tried to gather some information like their capacity, m/c description, methods of printing, costing of different printings, buyers, export region, an increase of capacity, etc. In our survey, we have come to know about various modern methods of printing done in these factories like pigment printing, rubber printing, puff printing, flock printing, glitter printing, metallic printing, foil printing, silicon printing, gel printing, crack printing, sticker printing, radium printing, reflective printing, photo printing, plastisol printing, high-density printing, sugar cube printing, acid printing, sublimation printing, etc. Though these methods are very new they are being implemented on a massive scale nowadays for their demand. But the most optimistic matter is that each of our surveyed factories is increasing their production capacity as demand is increasing. They are exporting these mainly to Europe, America, and many other parts of the world. Finally, with all this information we estimate the prospect of modern printing in Bangladesh and decide that the prospect of modern printing in Bangladesh is very bright. And Bangladesh is ameliorating in this sector day by day. Show less

It is attached to our study curriculum to achieve adequate practical knowledge and develop adoption power in the industrial environment. We preferred this attachment about Comfit Composite Knit Ltd. which is a 100% export-oriented Knit composite industry.
