KG. • Modefication(if necessary) of vendor drawing according to owner and class requirement.• Estimate Electrical cable and magnetic starter according to equipment KW rating • Main Engine controlling panel connection, pressure bar setting,exhaust gas temp setting and auto start stop gear box lube oil stand by pump,fuel oil stand by pump by pressure switch setpoint and various place from controlling and commissioning audiable & visuable alarm. • Controlling connection and troubleshooting Main and Hourber generator and syncronizing automatically both(if 2 main generator) generator.Auxilary engine speed up & down setting by speed regulation/Main diesel generator breaker trip alarm,common alarm,cooling water HT,LT press low,cooling water temp high,fuel oil leakage,fuel oil & lube oil press low, lube oil temp high.above alarm are audiable & visuable alarm by sounder. • To identify the existing problems and ensure proper troubleshooting, carryout routine maintenance repair and work without any fail of all fire-hydrant, Sprinkler, deteccensoreds, alarm, fire-protection etc.• BOILER,Air compressor,MDO,HFO,LO separator controlling and commissioning.• Various pump are controlling from various places (DOL,STAR DELTA,VFD magnetic starter) and auto stop by bearing temp high• Fire alarm,CO2 system and Local water mist system are related with MAIN SWITCHBOARD EMERGENCY STOP NON ESSENSIAL CONSUMERS.• Balast line, MDO line valve are electroneumatic control.RADAR sensor,pressure sensor,temp sensor, high and high high alarm sensor.all alarm sensor are remotely control from main station and visuable.
