Before completing Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) most of the student obvious has somepractical experience in any organization which is called internship. It offers a great opportunity for any student to get some ideas about the practical field. As per as internship requirement I have to work at least 2 months and within these 2 months I should get to know some idea about organizational environment and now I am currently working in the general banking divisions of The Premier Bank Mirpur Branch. I am very lucky that I got internship opportunity here and I believe this will be very helpful for me in my future career. The General Banking department is the vital part for Bank audit is linked with all other department. So, it is very important to have an effective and well management System in banking business. Bank is an important and the most appropriate institution which anyone can trust easily. Everyone has faith on Bank because banking activity is really very accurate and structured. Bank is the most suitable place to enter and enhance my knowledge. It helps me to understand the process of general banking that the normal people do their everyday banking activities, the process of saving and giving profit on clients saving, different saving profit and different instruments which are satisfying people’s daily banking interests etc. Bank is the only place where normal people come to save their money for fulfilling the future needs that is why I can say that this is the best place for any business student to know the process of general banking and its customer service and relate it with my entire BBA life theoretical learning. After my internship period when my report will be finished I will implement the knowledge which I have acquired from the internship. Show less
