Blue Team Bangladesh (bTb) is going to become a largest Cyber Security Learning Community in Bangladesh. What is a Blue Team? It is a team of information security professionals who protect the information systems by improving the security, identifying the gaps and ensuring that the effectiveness of all the security process/ measures after the implementation of security policies are realised. They defend both against the real attackers and the Red Team within the organization, to access the security posture of the organization. Skills of a Blue Team: The blue team in an organization is mainly responsible for: 1. Identifying threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities 2. Monitoring network activity for things like unusual errors, suspicious behavior, or unexpected contacts 3. Defending the network by mitigating attacks 4. Implementing security controls and devices 5.
