Responsibilities:(1) Assist to ensure the students enrollment at UCEP Technical & General School of participants from PWD, Ethnic and Minority Groups (target: 5% PWDs and 3% minority groups) and ensure Impairment Screening of PWD Learners and reasonable accommodation.(2) Assist to develop strategic partnership for trainees especially excluded groups and fund mobilization.(3) Contribute to developing Child Friendly, Gender Friendly & PWD Friendly environment at program operation areas.(4) Organize orientation session & training for the students/trainees and staffs to make them aware & sensitized on safeguarding and protection issues.(5) Ensure capacity Development training and orientation on Psycho Social Counseling to develop the soft skills of students and staff. (target: Once in a month in each school)(6) Ensure to organize meeting with community people, parents, local authority, etc. to reduce Child marriage, dowry and student mobilization.(7) Maintain coordination with facilitators (Education & Skills) to make the child council functioning and organize to celebrate the national and international days in schools and regional office.
