  Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets. • To the start Sample development to shipment all procedure completed and good communication with buyer & supplier. • Sample fabric booking, sample program submits and forwarding to buyer. • Arrange the all-accessories imports from China as per buyer requirement. • Work with internal departments and with suppliers to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of orders. • Good knowledge of costing, products, sample, fabrics, accessories, trims, fashion trends etc. • Submit trims & accessories work order and goods in time in-house as per TNA. • Production Follow up orders and ensure timely shipment. • PP meeting with production team. • Strongly follow-up production, Print Embroidery, wash & all others. • To making production Plan with IE & Planning department. • Making Packing list and shipment booking to forwarder & continue follow up with them until getting shipment approval. • Follow Export Calendar and Critical path wise work proceed. • PI Forwarding for BTB LC opening discussion with commercial department. • As a final point, responsible for all Merchandising issue including handling order of different buyers starting from sampling up to shipment.
