  Main activities and responsibility:  Guide and supervise to audit on manufacturing process based on the document.  Find out reason which caused manufacturing process error like man,machine,method,material and take improvement step by dealing with related department.  Analysis product abnormality with quality analyzer team and risk assessment and evaluated FG.  Process development and control batch failure and market feedback.  Deal with daily issues of manufacturing process and take improvement.  Attend daily morning meeting (MOM) to discuss previous pending/finding issue with team  Understanding all kind of document guidance of manufacturing process to detect abnormalities during process.  Audit on MES,MTMS and track abnormal data and check analyses with PQE.  Arrange NPI work and needs comparison with oversea- process.  Ensure tester performance is actual by conducting dummy in tester.  Collect abnormal NG data daily,weekly,monthly,yearly,and making raw data.
