  As a technician my role of responsibility is to ensure the monthly servicing of my site is done regularly based on the planned forecast. Other than the normal servicing, I have to attend to customer complaint and follow up any outstanding jobs or any safety issue that is being order to me by my superior. I also have to ensure the lift smooth operation and report any fault to my supervisor .As a technician in my company I am require to have the understanding of doing mechanical, electrical and electronic work.
