   Doing the Vendor Managed Inventory-VMI independently for Old Navy and Banana Republic of GAP, which is an exceptional order placement process by buyer that have to done basis weekly demand of buyer. Doing the costing during or after the development stage and quoting the price to buyer based on their requirements, projected order quantity, possible productivity, types of wash processes, reviews from department of PD etc. Following up with sample section and washing plant to execute the development, pre-production and post production samples for getting sample approvals on time. Making TNA for smooth execution based on the discussion with the planning team, productivity, fabric delivery flows etc. Procuring fabric and other raw materials for the confirmed orders and make sure to get those in house on time for a hassle free production and on time shipment as well. Also negotiating with the suppliers for a best price. Coordinate with the washing plant regarding samples, blanket, shade bands and bulk as well, so that production doesn’t get hampered. If there are queries, call outs or confusions from factory, washing plant or from our end regarding the garment order execution, sorting these out before the PP meeting. Following up with planning, production, washing plant, commercial team to ensure shipment. Sharing the PO/STYLE-wise production and shipment reports to buyer through their online portals. Try to solve unavoidable circumstances during the time of production by coordinating with factory, coordinator and buyer. Also giving technical supports to other colleagues about oracle system, WIP TOOL (GAP portal).
