  Green Flames Pvt. Ltd. started its journey in 2021 with a firm belief that successful business and green-environment go hand in hand. As a result, we promise to bring drastic changes in nature by initiating environment friendly energy solutions using pyrolysis to waste. Currently, we are producing eco-friendly Octane, Petrol, Furnace Oil, Natural Gas and Coal that is to be used in factories, households, supermarkets, etc. Bangladesh has proved to be a land of opportunities in the recent days. As a part of it, we have turned our problems into innovative solutions. Yes, we have formulated a plan to turn the tables! Our goal is to create awareness and build a local capacity to convert these non-valuable wastes into sustainable energy resources. To align with it, we have transformed waste poly into several usable energy sources. So, how do we do it? We gather the non-biodegradable plastics and non-soluble wastes from households and industries, bring them to our facility and through the pyrolysis technology, we break the molecular bonds of poly products and convert it into a form of raw fuel (carbon black and gas) that is later used for commercial purposes. By using a catalyst, we have commenced an initiative to dismantle 50 metric tonnes of polythene to produce 60-70% fuel, 20% gas and 10% carbon coal. Already, we have erected a factory which is competent to convert 20 metric tonnes of Polyethene/ plastic waste into 12-15 metric tonnes of fuel. Show less
