Core activities of my current position : Ø To monitor stock status at different warehouses as weekly basis of all raw materials, consumable item and make statement how days to be continue by the existing stock as per production pattern. Ø To monitor available stock in production floor of all raw materials, consumable items as per daily production plan. Ø To monitor and forward stock and issue consumption report with 3 months requirements of all raw materials, consumable items as weekly basis. Ø To monitor inventory level such as Min-Max planning, Re-order level, safety stock etc. Ø To monitor department wise PMT (Per metric ton) cost along with variance of budgeted cost. Ø Supervise timely forward GRN (Goods Received Note) to related concern after completing all formalities. Ø Supervise inventory process periodically such as yearly, half yearly, quarterly of all store items & prepare statement on basis of this inventory & submit it to the reporting authority.
