  Responsibilities: Installation and management of rack servers with RAID configuration and KVM deployment in Linux environment. Commissioning and managing KVM based virtual machines (VM) in rack servers as per requirement with network connectivity. Provisioning and increasing additional storage on servers with LVM partitioning. Managing back up of different DB servers,C3G9 switch, Soft switch. Installation of different network monitoring tools like Observium on Linux platform and add various node to observium. Health checking of different blade servers and associated VM’s in weekly basis via VMware Vsphere or iLO process. Adding new nodes or change in entry to DNS server and Performs various operations in IDRAC. Managing back up of VM’s of blade server using VMware Vsphere 6.5. Monitoring the interconnectivity between SIP server, routers, and the transmission network for IP telephony services and the synchronization between several cloud servers to ensure smooth services in app-based calling system. Managing file system uses, memory uses of different servers or virtual machines. Meeting with the customers to understand the requirements and provide quality IP telephony services according to the customer’s needs. Deploying and configuring different IP-PBX (3CX,Yeaster,Grandstream) with with vendor SIP trunk solution. Integration of analog PBX with VoIP providers with FXO/FXS device. Analyzing SIP log and provide solutions as per the log. Monitoring and managing almost fourty (40) server of Brilliant Connect apps (IP Calling app). Attending maintenance activity with vendors to upgrade the services given to retail users of “Brilliant Connect” app. Communication with the higher management of the company and the vendors regarding the necessary upgradation of the SIP servers to provide advance IP telephony solutions.
