I was lucky enough to work with McVal for several years whilst we were both at ORC. McVal was a great asset and a couple of specific areas stand out: Firstly, we ran a number of customer experience seminars across the country that McVal often spoke at - he has a great manner with clients and prospects alike and his talks were always well received.
