  I provide all electronic and technological development and management for a class 5 Library in SE Michigan with a nominal circulation of 550,000 to 600,000 items per year. Everything from the HVAC system to the email servers and all matter of equipment. I also act as the manager for 8 employees, which includes actively selecting and hiring employees. I handle all technology equipment purchases, installation, application, and documentation on a yearly budget between $25k and $50k. I am in charge of all usage statistics, and the management of such. The ongoing maintenance of all computers and electronic equipment in the building falls under my purview. The expert and considered application of new technologies and work flows are also my job.
