  I have various duties which include, but not limited to: Taking inquiries over the phone for clients looking for meeting space ranging from small meetings to complete hotel "buy-outs". I assign those inquiries to one of 20 sales people depending on size of meeting, territory and specific needs of client. I am responsible for entering the information into our data base. I also am responsible for coordinating a daily report that goes out to our entire staff of the hotel.   Began as the Sales Receptionist and was promoted to inside sales when one of the Saleman retired. I was responsible for calculating custom steel orders by weight, grade and thickness. I was also responsible for scheduling all out of town deliveries in the most cost effective and efficient manner so as to keep up with our customers expectations and satisfaction.
