IQX Business Solutions are specialists in the development of fully customised CAPEX applications, including tailored analytical reporting, refined data entry for purchasing transactions and optimised approval processing. IQX AppBuilder for SAP Fiori enables rapid design and build of Fiori apps to fit unique business needs. Applications are built using a combination of the FAB Workbench, SAP Web IDE, JavaScript functions, ABAP methods and OData calls. Some apps that I have helped build include: - Vendor Management - Customer Master Data Management - Purchase Requisitions - PO Goods Receipts - Customised Pricing - Suite of 4 mobile apps for recording timesheets & allowance records for employees, plus compliance information for Heavy Vehicle operators IQX OneList is a central approvals platform allowing managers to approve requests from a number of different back-end systems. I customised the adapter code to extract SAP workflow details for Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, OpenText VIMs and interface these to the OneList approvals platform.

The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation is a statutory body of the Australian government. The Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation, (ANSTO) is the home of Australia’s most significant landmark and national infrastructure for research. Thousands of scientists from industry and academia benefit from gaining access to state-of-the-art instruments every year. The SSP (SAP Simplification Project) team worked to refine their SAP system. In the SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) team, a number of developments were undertaken including: - Developed a new transaction to allow the modification of Task Lists via Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. The code utilised SAP’s DOI (Desktop Office Integration) capabilities to export the Task List details to an Excel spreadsheet, allowing the user to make modifications within the spreadsheet. Then the modified details were re-imported into SAP, with the possibility to simulate the update first for data validation, before selecting the update option which posts the changes to the database. - Developed a new transaction to allow mass printing of Work Orders, allowing the output of Smartforms, in addition to all PRT documents associated with each order. - Enhanced a Fiori application to add extra fields and additional screens to facilitate the updating of Work Order Time Confirmations and Measurement Documents - Adjusted an upload/download program to integrate Work Order personnel scheduling with Microsoft Project - Adjusted a Web Dynpro Portal application, adding new fields, adjusting the rules controlling the display of existing fields, and adding a new attachment option which imported the documents into SAP’s GOS repository. - Create a new Smartform to display Object List details - User Exits to add new fields to standard SAP reports - BADI implementaions to default the population of fields in Task List & Work Orders - Enhancements to adjust processing of dummy operations in Work Orders

Toyota is the number one brand for car sales in Australia. As part of the Information System Division, I assisted the SAP SD team with coding interfaces from external systems and loading data into the FI & SD modules of SAP. This included integration with Workday and Coupa applications, as well as interfaces to the automotive NEVDIS & RAV government databases. A major project was the development of the Toyota Production Planning solution for the allocation of vehicles to different regions, dealers and customers. I also assisted with optimising their SAP sales system, maintaining existing developments and implementing new functionality into their highly customised system.

My role is to enhance their SAP system to provide greater flexibility to their customers, with specific emphasis on the Pricing routines and configuration within the SD module. Some major projects that I was also involved in included developing the IDOC interfaces to their new Microlistics Warehouse Management system, and enhancing their Customer Order Tracking capabilities. I configured and coded their Staff Sales solution, and developed a number of programs to facilitate their loyalty rebate programs.
