I implemented many aquatic therapy sessions with a variety of ages and diagnosis. I completed assessments, progress notes and discharge notes of patients on a program called Cerner. I learned to write letters of medical necessity to obtain insurance coverage for adaptive equipment for patients. Finally I worked closely with other departments as part of an interdisciplinary team.
