While I oversaw an office of about 40 SDRs at the time, McKennan always continued to shine and be an example of success. He beat his own records for most booked leads in a day, in a week, and continued to have very consistent success with his quota attainment. He continued to outperform the expectations we set for him which allowed him to mentor others and ultimately give his client no other choice but to present him an offer to work for them permanently. McKennan did this with his natural set of skills but mostly his hard work ethic. He is highly competitive, a great teammate, and will rise to the challenge presented.
