I am in charge of leading projects and delegating roles within to complete the unit at hand. The role demands an attention to detail, managing personnel and keeping track of multiple tasks that others are completing as well as my own. When given a blueprint it is completed true to the custom specifications of the design. The various projects are taken through the manufacturing process start to finish until it is ready for paint and install. Skills required include but are not limited to the use of hand tools and large machinery, welding, sanding, gluing, finish work including fiberglass and bondo, team work, a follow through mentality and a dedication to the exacting nature of the work.

Within this role I kept an open mind as most of the job requirement was foreign to me at my hire date. I displayed a quick learning curve to complete assigned tasks such as: electrical, piping and air systems installations into truck chassis and engines, welded and fabricated brackets, containers and piping for fuel discharge and pumping, assembled fuel and propane trucks to custom specs and blueprints, completed paperwork to track discrepancies between specs, blueprints and verbal communications as well as to complete order forms from the customer and about the fuel and propane trucks themselves. Other tasks included refurbishing old fuel and propane tanks to mount onto new chassis frames, including the installation of new wiring systems, piping, delivery systems, brackets and various mounted equipment, repair work on used fuel, lube and propane trucks. This process includes troubleshooting any item, system, function or component on the truck for flaws and fixing or replacing the problem at hand. Problem solving and troubleshooting was a must for brackets or mounted equipment that did not fit or line up properly and modification or creation of new brackets, equipment, etc was utilized to solve the problem at hand. In this industry, I followed custom specs and verbal communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
