Modern International Beauty School is Brooklyn, New York's leading school in providing state endorsed licenses for beautician practitioners, providing an affordable solution for the Greater New York, concentrated in the heart of Brooklyn. The School was formed humbly in 2008 and quickly grew to the 3rd biggest enrolled by 2012. At the end of 2016, it had the most students enrolled in the Brooklyn area. While I was the Head of Sales and Marketing at the school, these were notable achievements that I oversaw: - Implementation of the schools first CRM, migrating over 3000 students - Tripling revenue for the school to achieve over $1M in sales for the first year in 2016 - Quadrupling students from 500 by the end of 2015 to 2000 students in 2016 and just over 3500 August 2017. - Grow and train a sales team from 1 (myself) to a team of 5 in the space of 2 years. - Create a direct selling model to businesses in the schools 20 mile radius, generating $500k in revenue in a 4 month period in 2016 - Campaign directed at English speaking clientele, yielding $800k in revenue early 2017.
