Mark was a fantastic asset to the New York office during his time here. It became clear from the start that his design sense and knowledge is excellent, always making thoughtful and informed decisions with every project he worked on. His passion for fine art, digital and graphic design, through to cutting edge agency work and everything in between, always made for exciting and dynamic conceptual thinking. Mark is an excellent strategic thinker and is able to articulate ideas very clearly, particularly in client presentations. Likewise, he is very capable at delegating within a larger team when required, as well as partnering with other groups and disciplines in the office. I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Mark and am excited to see what projects and clients he gets involved with next!

Mark embodies the four traits that all great Creative Directors must share. He is a compelling story teller who can articulate his creative vision to clients with conviction. He is a patient and inspiring teacher to junior members of his team, always gently directing them to do their best work. He is a craftsman at heart, willing and wanting to put pen to paper and solve design problems himself. And most relevant to me, he is a true partner who's ego never gets in the way of finding the best solution to a design or business problem. We worked closely together on a wide range of projects, from designing interfaces and websites, to breathing new life into an architecturally historic corporate lobby. No matter the medium or the message, Mark always brings his refined eye and positive disposition to solve the design problem with style.
