James McRobert

Dominick is a most effective Executive Progamme Director with proven ability to consistently deliver excellent outcomes in respect to transformational Business Projects and Strategies. Implementing proactive interpersonal and communication skills, Dominick effectively engages and manages internal and external stakeholders at all Business levels including CEO and Executive Team to best ensure delivery of required outcomes. As Vodafone E2E Programme Director, accountable from Radio Design through to Network Operation and implementation of Sales Strategies, Dominick's outstanding governance and process skills and knowledge were specifically demonstrated regarding delivery of the first in the world MORAN 3G Mobile Network. Launched in 2006 on Schedule and Budget, the3G Capital City Network delivered the best Vodafone Customer Experience compared to all other Vodafone OpCo's. Dominick was also Vodafone Programme Director for the 3G Turnkey National Network launched in 2009. Dominick proactively addressed significant Contract challenges with the Vendor to ensure delivery of the Network to the best possible commercial position for Vodafone. This included direct and regular engagement with the Vendor's international Account Team (based in Europe) to drive improved performance. As his direct Manager at Vodafone, I recommend Dominick as an Executive Programme Director who, in a Team environment, consistently ensures delivery of key Business Projects and Strategies.

Dominick was engaged by Ericsson into our Hutchison 3G deployment project prior to launch in 2003. This was a difficult period as the relationship between vendor and operator had deteriorated immediately prior to the final and most important phase (network optimisation) leading up to the launch of Australia's first 3G network. Dominick successfully lead the vendor team to a successful launch by changing the culture from defensive to proactive whilst establishing a structured programme of works. Hutchison ultimately benefited from Dominick's management and leadership skills and our launch date was of April 15th 2003 was successfully met. I would recommend Dominick for any delivery leadship role in cellular technology, including network optimisation. He will bring credit to any operator or vendor seeking strong leadership in challenging times. Jeff Owen
