I met Lisa at a networking event in 2020 at the height of COVID. I was impressed with her ability to network with others and her willingness to serve others by offering any insight, other connections and materials she had to help people get where they were going. Over the next months, I continued to find Lisa at every other networking event I attended. We began to joke about it, saying I'll see you at the next one. When I was hired as Global HR Director for an industry-leading company, I was given the task of hiring my second in command. I immediately reached out to Lisa to ask if she was interested. I interviewed many people for that role, but in the end, Lisa was the best qualified to support me in driving transformational change. During our time working together, I was impressed by Lisa's work ethic. She was always the first person in the office, and she stayed until the work was completed. Her knowledge of Human Resources and employment law is sound. If I had a task to complete and needed someone to get into the details, I could always depend on Lisa to thoroughly research the situation and provide a solid recommendation for action. Due to her outstanding networking capabilities and ability to break down walls and connect with others, Lisa managed all vendor relationships and insurance carriers for the company. One of my favorite qualities that Lisa has, and the ultimate reason I asked her to work with me is her confidence and willingness to take healthy, responsible risks. I could always count on Lisa to tell me what I needed to hear, and not just what she thought I wanted to hear. I enjoyed working with Lisa a great deal, and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. Any employer would be lucky to have her on their team.

I've known Lisa for some years now, currently as a fellow Board Member at Priority2Work. Lisa leads by example, a self-starter who evaluates the available options and then takes appropriate action. Lisa is an idea generator who pursues opportunities to completion. I can certainly recommend Lisa for a leadership role as she has proven experience and demonstrated the necessary skills to be successful.
