I have worked with MB at Angarai International when she was my supervisor in the Client Services/Delivery team MB is thorough in her work and took over the vertical when it needed a complete streamlining. With her expertise in Project Management and Service Management, she came up with unique ideas to make the vertical effective and efficient. She has a friendly personality and takes a keen interest in personal and professional development of her team. She is one of the few managers who has always extended her help to anyone who has asked for it. She is a great mentor who will not tire from explaining the concepts more than once. On a personal front, she is a wonderful human being who is always very jovial. i've been fortunate to have her as my manager, mentor and a friend and would love to work with her again if an opportunity rises.

I had the privilege of working for MB when she was the contractor Project Manager for the US Indian Health Service on their Meaningful Use project. In that time, MB showed herself to be an exceptional leader that the rest of the team looked up to and relied upon to help navigate the complex process of understanding and implementing the massive national electronic health care initiative across Indian Country. MB excelled at building the team up very quickly, ensuring information flowed quickly and effectively, and enabled the team members to participate and understand the process. MB was outstanding at fostering a collaborative, team effort type of atmosphere that encouraged participation from all players. She made everyone feel involved, that everyone could and would make a difference and when they did contribute, she was always quick to thank the appropriate people and ensure appropriate recognition. Working for MB was not only a pleasure but a great learning experience as she went above and beyond the call of duty often to help mentor those working for her. I would highly recommend MB for any tough or complex project that needs a steady hand and rock solid leadership.
