In my role as a claims administrator I provide front line support to drivers involved in motor incidents. This is a very varied and interesting role providing support to the drivers throughout the claims process. I am proficient with the Microsoft Office package and regularly use database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software. For the purposes of focussing my attention on my college course I stepped down from my position as Fresh Foods Manager. I managed the much smaller fruit and vegetable section full time and supported the Fresh Foods Manager to achieve maximum availability and sales whist keeping waste to a minimum. I was responsible for stock and order on the Fruit and Vegetable Section and also assisted on customer services when needed to do so. I built a great rapport with customers, colleagues and management.

Fresh Foods Manager
-
Apr 2011 - Oct 2012
In 2011, I moved to a city centre Co-Operative supermarket (9,000sq ft) in the Cowley Centre Shopping Mall where my position was Fresh Foods Manager. I was responsible for stock levels and re-ordering; managing and accounting for wastage; quality and presentation and making sure all relevant legal documentation was kept up to date. I was also responsible for six members of staff on the fresh food section with only the Store Manager and his assistant above. I hold a personal licence which authorises me to sell alcohol when used with a premises licence. My personal licence was issued by Oxford City Council. In total, my fresh section took over £1.5million per year and the store turned over £4.42million per year.
