Mark, is a fantastic person. When I started at FSI with PIP I reported to him and he was the single best manager I have ever had. He is very technical and knows how to relate his ideas to upper and non management very well. He worked well with all teams within the company as well as on projects by himself. He is a very motivated and dedicated person that would go more than that extra mile to get the job done. He is very detail oriented and concise in his work. As a manager he had a good blend of managing his people well and getting his hands dirty in the technical trenches with the rest of his crew. As I became a Director myself he was a good mentor and helped prepare me for my role managing the IT department of FSI. He was a great addition to our team as he chsnged his role to a business owner and architected solutions for FSI. He really drove the projects to completion well and managed the deliverables every step of the way.
