Constant improvement, best practices, and team leadership. These things come to my mind first when I think of Nikolai. I had the pleasure of being Nikolai's mentee in Qualium Systems and a member of his team in King Muffin. Even though our professional relationship has ended, we still discuss best practices, learning opportunities, and trends in the software development world and beyond. And, of course, his seemingly innate ability to somehow find good people for the company and in general will be useful anywhere. Highly recommended!
