  Development of a multi-endpoint PK/PD model for the antagonism of a transmembrane protein in autoimmune diseases. The model developed in this internship is a relatively extensive PK/TE/PD model with: - binding of a therapeutic antibody to two targets (membrane and soluble proteins). - release of the soluble target from the membrane. - several downstream biomarkers including the inhibition of the response to a vaccine after target antagonism.
