In this role, I have worked extensively with Business Objects to develop various reports for my client to meet their daily business needs and ease their daily workflow processes. This background has strengthened my understanding of reporting databases and how to successfully work with our reporting team to achieve desired goals. Throughout this contract, I have also owned multiple workflows related to CMS reporting requirements as they relate to the Health Insurance Marketplace for both Preaudit and Data Reconciliation efforts. As a Hospital Billing Claims consultant, I led the implementation of Hospital Billing claims for a major cancer research hospital in California. I designed and built a complex payor/plan structure to handle the various aspects of California IPA agreements, while also handling Medi-Cal and Medicare specific billing requirements. As the only HB Claims team member, I led all phases of the project from build, to testing to go live.
