Participation to project Hydroscreen, founded by ADEME (French agency for environment): - Drafting the proposal: distribution of the tasks in work packages, planning (Gantt chart), cost estimate of each work package (equipement, consumables, personnel). - Project implementation: samples management, LCMS analyses, communication with bioinformatics and statistics team for data analysis. Day-to-day lab management : - Planning, carrying out, and traceability of analyses; - Maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation obtained for Firalis (upgrade to the 2017 version); - Staff training and supervision: 1 laboratory technician and 3 apprentices; - Management of equipement: installation, maintenance; - Management of stock and consumables, inventories, link with suppliers.
