I managed the web team at PlateSpin. Some of our responsibilities were the production site, intranet, product licensing, order system, product call home feature, product update notification, training systems, campaign tracking systems, salesforce integration...etc. Additional highlights, 1. Managed the company’s Web infrastructure demands through 3 consecutive years of 100% growth from 30 employees to 200+ 2. Built/led a team of 3 developers responsible for all aspects of Web operations (Product, Internet, Intranet, SalesForce and Eloqua integrations) working closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Partners to deliver both internal and external Web application solutions using ASP.NET(C#), MS SQL, JavaScript, AJAX and HTML 3. Integrated PHP with both MySQL and MS SQL servers. • Designed and implemented a company wide Intranet Web portal which includes secured access for external clients and incorporates more than 70 distinct database tables. • Created a Product Licensing Manager Web application used to generate XML product license files. Integrated data from both MS SQL and MySQL servers to dynamically generate Blockade production license files. • Designed, built and maintained a Customer Account Tracking System that provides a centralized, multi-user Web-based application to track product invoices, maintenance plans, professional services and all activities for each customer and business prospects (PHP, MySQL) • Designed, built and maintained an Objective Tracking System. This Web application is used to track objectives, tasks and activities for Blockade employees throughout the fiscal year. • Developed a common Web-based interface integrated with Maximizer (CRM Solution) and HEAT (Customer support) using C# .NET to provide a single searchable interface for both applications. This tool helped Blockade staff minimize their customer response time and manage their activities more efficiently. • Created a complete Blockade software product mock-up using DHTML and JavaScript. This GUI design prototype was then demonstrated to our customers and used by Blockade developers to create the actual software. • Managed all corporate Web servers and supporting databases including Windows 2000 Server, FreeBSD, Redhat Linux, Apache, IIS, MySQL and MS SQL Server.
