      I fulfilled my duty as a Admin at BKings Group Recruitment my role includes many duties on a daily basis. I have to ensure all admin work is properly completed at the end of each working days. I have to ensure all documents and files properly and placed in the right place at the end f the day. I have to respond to any customer or client related inquiry which also included customer complaints constantly through emails and letters on a daily basis. Every weekly/monthly I have to post pay slips/ letters/ pay cheque to customers and colleague. On a daily basis my duties also includes conducting face to face interviews for new starters, if the candidates are successful i have to then carry our intense training program with each new starter candidates and also reference check on them. I have to then also review current and new starter candidates progress which I have to report to my directors every weekly/monthly. When new starter candidates is about to join the company I have to carry out contract files for each candidates and deal with all paperwork along with my directors. I also have to ensure all of the visitor sign in and staff sign in and off are filed in the correct folders on each day.
