• Responsible for HR processes and operations in 32 countries, 82 branches (pre Covid-19), 10K employees and 3.1K outsourced resources. Supervised 3 managers and 23 employees. Responsible for Recruitment, Core, Performance Review, Organizational Development, Compensation, Benefits, Service Desks for 70K beneficiaries, Statistics, HR Headcount Budget, HR Analytics, HR SAAS system, Non-revenue booking engines platforms for Copa (80K users) and other airlines (1.5M users). Over 95% accomplishment of SLA´s and KPI´s to fulfill clients’ needs on time. • Digital transformation: HCM SAAS project Since 2017 lead the Business Case presentation for replacing the HR system. Lead the negotiations, implementation and change management from PeopleSoft on premise to Oracle HCM SAAS/cloud (on time, on scope, on budget) with a successful Go Live on April 13, 2020 for all 32 countries with rules and laws applicable to each process. In charge of 35 multidisciplinary professionals to accomplish the Project. Negotiation savings +$2M. Project cost savings $1.5. • CSR project: published the book “Conoce mi Panamá”, exporting Panamanian culture through an interactive book for 17K students who attend public schools named after the Republic of Panama in 33 countries of America. The book was financially sustainable, received the Gourmand Award in 2018, and was the best-selling book at Panama´s Book Fair in 2019. • Innovation: reviewed all processes reduce SLAs and created share point platforms control incoming and outgoing processes to increase productivity of employees and satisfaction of clients. • HR analytics: produced a monthly issue of an HR book, including Scorecard, KPIs and statistics with respective analysis of information available to L1 - L4 leaders in order to provide the tools for on time decision making needed to fulfill company´s goals and objectives.
