      KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- As part of the monitoring and evaluation team of HACEY Health Initiative, I have participated in theideation and scripting phases of over 12 grants. The funding opportunities were mostly for addressing gaps in WASH, women empowerment, health & wellbeing, decent work and other SDGs in various communities across Nigeria.- At the national level, I am currently serving as the team lead, assisting my organization in implementing a United States-assisted project that seeks raise more nonprofits and developmental organizations to address various development needs in communities in Nigeria. With help of my team, I curated about 15 courses from Leadership development to program development and evaluation to surviving an audit. We partner with high quality resource persons mostly from the Mandela Washington Fellowship to facilitate the sessions. This program will last for 6 months. So far, we've implemented the program for NGO founders for 10 weeks. - Between August 29 and September 2nd, 2022, I assisted my organization in implementing a girls'empowerment program (supported by Empower) in Ikorodu local government in Lagos Nigeria. It was a 5-day summer camp aimed at providing 100 girls, knowledge, skills and tools on their sexual and reproductive health and rights, mental health, financial education and life skills. The 100 girls who will become our fellows and community champion receive mentorship for 1 year and will be supported to train up at least 50 other girls in their communities.
