In 2016, the Global Compact Network Japan's WEPs (Women As the first co-chairman of the Empowerment Principles of Women's Activity Promotion Subcommittee of Association) and was engaged in the planning and operation of the organization until 2017. More than 30 large and small companies that are signatories to the UN Global Compact participated monthly, and held a study session with professionals on issues of gender equality in Japan. In 2014, in order to change my career to business consulting, joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, LLC, where I was in charge of consulting projects on development of SDG centered-strategic management and integration of policy on Business and Human Rights into sustainable management. As a principal member of the CSR/SDGs Initiatives, I also focused on raising awareness of sustainability within the company. Throughout work experience in a global consulting firm, I acquired the following skills: project management, research and analysis skills, integration of the SDGs into business strategies, and methods for developing preventive measures against human rights issues caused by companies. Since July 2014, I was in charge of power projects for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for almost four years.
