Julie Anne Klaski
I worked with Mayela for a couple years as a team lead and then became her manager. During that time, she was the most dedicated and hard-working member of our team who learned the process quickly and was an incredible self-starter. After she'd made every effort to find the solution herself, Mayela would then come to me with different ideas on how to solve the problem and would ask for advice -- she never came to me with the same question twice! She really cared about the success of her clients' marketing, and would go above and beyond her role to help them, while still keeping on top of her daily inputs and account maintenance with a book of business over 200+ clients. In addition to the initiative she took with her own clients, she was also a resource for other departments, like customer retention and paid search, in working with bilingual clients and understanding their unique needs. I not only loved having her as a consultant/project manager on my team, but I really enjoyed her company as well. She brought a lot of energy and laughter, helping to mitigate the highly stressful environment and boost team morale. I dearly miss working with her and know that she'll be an incredible asset to any team.
