Bio
Leonard Rego
At the time Mayank applied for a position with Eleven777 a few years ago, I knew there was something different about him – his CV was unusual (in a good way), and demonstrated a real desire and enthusiasm to learn and grow. He seemed like the ‘batteries included’ type – able to hit the ground running. During his time with us, he has grown significantly in his understanding of social media management, digital advertising and account management, and has worked with marquee brands like Emaar Hospitality (Address Hotels, Rove Hotels), Informa Exhibitions (Tawdheef), etc., and has also helped build the agency’s social assets. He is curious and a constant learner, and also a ‘digital native’ – someone who is very comfortable in the digital ecosystem, and can easily navigate his way through it. I believe he should be considered by any brand looking to add a resourceful member to their digital team.

Mayank was an account management intern at Foolish Advertising. He is keen on building his experience in digital marketing, so he arrived at Foolish determined to put his strong communication skills and eye for visual detail into good use. He was given the responsibility of managing Reebok's Zoku's Official Instagram Page during his short time at our organisation and did a fine job of visual storytelling and writing smart, witty captions. I had the pleasure of supervising him closely during his internship. He proved himself to be competent as well as genuinely eager to learn new skills. His ability to work fast, meet deadlines well on time and interpret creative direction was impressive. Mayank responds well to constructive criticism and is eager to be challenged at every turn. All of these are sure signs that he is an employee who will grow steadily and will quickly be able to take on larger responsibilities. As an individual, Mayank is personable, professional and well-liked by all his colleagues, making him a strong team player who values collaboration. He is a lively personality and positive energy to be around and work with. I wish Mayank all the best in all his future endeavours.
