Balancing the employees' need to orientate themselves with the company culture, practices and policies and your desire to have them quickly produce results is a challenge for any time-constrained leader.As the ELT Program Manager, May Tuck was responsible for the deployment and delivery of the IBM Global Entry Level Training Programs to orientate, assimilate and enable vitality and experienced Sales and Services hires across the 6 ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. May Tuck was also widely recognised for successfully designing, developing and implementing a blended assimilation program for vitality hires in Malaysia. The graduates of this program were recognised by business leaders to demonstrate higher quality of work behaviours relative to those who did not participate in it.
