Patience is the word that comes to my mind when I think about May. I have the pleasure to know May thru CMPC training and as a coach. I am amazed with her ability to help me aware of my own strength and help me to unblock my stressful mind thru powerful questioning. I had the great opportunity to meet and work with May Tuck during the almost 2 years I worked for IBM Malaysia, she was coach and Leadership Development Facilitator, always assertive and to the point, she has the power to help others realise their potential by themselves. My team was always happy to attend her classes and I could see how it helped them to develop their skills; personally, I also attend to leadership development courses with her, she is THE master of introspection and wisdom, teaching others to resolve conflicts and find solutions.
