      Brand awareness As the bureau marketing communications strategist, I defined branding engagement plans to stakeholders involving regulators, association of banks, member banks/FIs, non-profit social service agencies, and mainstream media, to deliver clear branding proposition of our presence and brand recognition through data analytics. Copy-writing for press releases, consumer eNewsletters, educational articles and publications are data-centric to showcase our expertise in the area of consumer financial reporting. To drive these marketing campaigns, various mediums; below-the-line, direct marketing to CRM and digital social media platforms formed part of the consumer outreach. Market penetration As the product champion for various consumer services including personal credit report, My Credit Monitor, probity check reports, I worked closely with member banks/FIs and online lending platforms to form partnerships to drive new marketing campaigns on personal credit health check through the sale of reports and credit monitoring app. Engagement I established strong working relationships not only with government agencies to help them meet their probity checks’ needs but as well social-welfare agencies to enable them to better understand the key credit data to form their assessment criteria.
