      1.Implement protocols for the help desk engineers based on the school policy and work procedure. Manage the help desk engineers daily task list by priority. Make sure the Tech service quality is stable. 2. In charge of the Tech orientation of the new faculty and staff. Manage the distribution and imaging of new computers, set up email accounts, printing accounts, assign phone extensions and messaging, distribute all IT devices and provide the tech orientation training for the new faculty and staff. 3.Train all the new help desk engineers to make sure they understand the school policy, the work procedure, learn the tech skills from other experienced engineers, have good work habits and help to improve their English writing and speaking skills. 4.Handle all emergencies and complaints. 5.Help the IT Director to make the school IT budget. Design all the IT equipment purchasing and network and maintenance service contracts. Track all the IT software and hardware in database system.Manage all the IT equipment assignments. 6.In charge of the classroom mounted projectors and smart board inventory, replacement and cleaning/maintenance work by the vendor. Organize the engineers do all the classroom cart Mac computers inventory and re-image work every summer. 7.Manage the 1-1 ( 1 to 1) student Mac Computer Program. Receive over 1000 new Mac laptops purchased, set up with the right image, and the student account in the summer, and organize the rolling out the computers to the Middle School and High School students. 8.Work with Tech resources facilitators of 6 schools to bridge the gap between the IT department and the teachers requirement. 9.Organize and coordinate in a couple of the IT project, such as the Groupwise to Microsoft Exchange migration, Wireless network coverage on both campuses, Wireless upgrading, AP Chinese and MAP test in the school. 10. Give all the help desk engineers annual and monthly evaluation.
