Shahar Mintz
May is most probably the professional that shaped the way I work with UX and UI designers today. He's the person you come to with a pretty good idea and turns it into a damn awesome one. Sometimes I would draft "the perfect" user flow just to see how May literally turns it around 180 degrees and reasons why users would benefit from such a change, ultimately serving the goals we had in mind. Working together for over three years, I've seen how May easily adapts to many different objectives, situations and product leaders, naturally fitting into any project, team or task-force he was asked to join. Occasionally we did not have much time to properly go through the ideation and prototyping phases, and I've always appreciated May's ability to produce high quality results in zero time, while always revisiting the core decisions and iterating when necessary. Another valuable skill May repeatedly demonstrated was the power to make educated guesses regarding what should work, might work, and what is a total risk but worth taking. I can't even try to think of how much time this saved us, keeping us on course with delivery deadlines, but also allowing us to take product design risks - some of which made a huge impact for our users.
